Description of problem:

The vSphere provider status changed to "Connection Failed" from time to time,  several minutes later, the provider status changed to "Ready" again, I think the network is connected all the time, more details in attached video: "Screencast From 2025-12-17 13-13-35.mp4"

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a vCenter provider: v7-us with certificate validation.

2) Create a warm migration plan: warm-win2019-test to migrate VM: mtv-feature-WIN2019_multi_IPs from v7-us provider to OCP cluster.

3) During the plan execution, get the error message: "The plan is not ready", which is caused by the provider status changed to "Connection Failed", several minutes later, the provider status changed to "Ready" again, I think the network is connected all the time, more details in attached video: "Screencast From 2025-12-17 13-13-35.mp4"

Actual results:

In step3, the provider status changed to "Connection Failed" from time to time

Expected results:

In step2: the provider status is not changed.
