      Description of problem:

      As part of verify bug MTV-2775, found that need a new default spec for forklift-controller.

The default of CPU limits: 
main container - 500m
inventory container - 1


Need to increase the CPU limits for both "main" and "inventory" containers.
New value of CPU limits should be 2.
