Warm migration with storage offload fails with "couldn't find key accessKeyId"

      Description of problem:

      In 2.10.1, storage offload warm migration from VMware fails with the error "couldn't find key accessKeyId in Secret ...". Warm migration jump-start needs to use per-disk credentials from MTV-2970.
