When running a large-scale warm migration (200 VMs, 2 disks each), 179 migrations complete successfully, but:

• 10 inspection pods fail with Error status

• 11 inspection pods remain stuck in the PreflightInspection step

The failed pods report the following recurring error in their logs:

VixDiskLib_Open: You do not have access rights to this file (Error 13)
virt-v2v-inspector: error: could not create appliance through libvirt.
Requested export not available
