In the newer plan validation improvements proposed in this doc, we propose having an aggregate alert at the top to show all critical alerts impacting the plan and/or the VMs in the plan.

We want to propose an enhancement that would do the same thing for warning alerts, once all critical alerts have been addressed.

This would include the following:

• Having an aggregate alert at the top that says "X warning issues impacting your plan" 
• A link inside the alert that would open a drawer with all the listen warning issues

Other things to note:

• This alert would only show up once the critical concerns have been resolved. Why? Because we don't want to overwhelm users with too many alerts and want to prioritize them in order of importance.
