IP transfer fails when one NIC is set to DHCP (auto configuration)

      Description of problem:

      I'm trying to migrate VM ameeen-rhel8-2disks2nics from VMware-8 vCenter that has 2 NICs 1 DHCP and 1 Static.
      Performing a migration doesn't migrate the NIC with Static IPs

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP version: 4.20.4
       MTV version: 2.10.1 (redhat-osbs-on-pr-43e196e4e358515ab86a8fcb630e65e64ad70505)
      CNV version: 4.20.2

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create VMware-8 vCenter Provider 
      2. Select VM ameeen-rhel8-2disks2nics
      3. Map both networks to 2 different NADs
      

      Actual results:

      No IP migrated

      Expected results:

      IP migrated successfully
