Description of problem:

MTV 2.10.1 with virt-v2v RHEL 10.1 packages, we need to include the fix for "mkdtemp: /Windows/Temp/ESP_XXXXXX: No such file or directory".

According to RHEL-124791, the fix is including in virt-v2v-2.8.1-12.el10_1. Use this Jira issue in MTV for further tracking.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create win2022 VM: mtv-func-win2022-uefi-sb with UEFI and enable Secure Boot, login to Safe mode, change Temp to TEMP, change to normal mode restart the VM.

2) Cold migrate windows VM: mtv-func-win2022-uefi-sb-test with "c:\Windows\TEMP" from vCenter 7 to OCP cluster, the plan failed with error in conversion phase, check the conversion pod log: more details in attached log: cold-win2022-vm-144-hhrlc-virt-v2v.log, plan-cold-win2022.yaml
