      need to update the VM query to return both VMs type. Today, the query return the VMs sorted.
      Incase rhel VMs ID are lower than WIN VMs, the VMs list will contain RHEL VMs only (also vice versa).

      To support the new query, added a new parameter "MixedVMs" to tests.yaml.
