The allowed maximum length of VM name in selecting VM phase is 64 characters, there is no 'Invalid VM Name' warning on the VM name with 64 characters.

If the VM is selected, after migration plan is created, there will be a warning saying the VM name does not comply with DNS1123 RFC and will be automatically changed. After migration, the VM name will be reduced to 63 characters.

The allowed maximum length of VM name in different places should be the same.
