Goal

Today we have a build pipeline for each component separately.

This causes that when upgrading/migrating the pipelines, we have to pay attention to all of them. This can cause missed bugs and or degrade our build cadence. Also during branching, there is and bad situation when we branch out and then create new components in konflux. This triggers many konflux PRs that could be just one.

After this epic we will have a single build pipeline that will be managed by konflux, and we will build on top of that pipeline.
