Add a warning and partial support for TPM

      TPM device is not supported in CNV, we should warn the user about it - as it going to drop and the data will be lost.

      TPM is now supported in CNV but we cannot get the TPM data from RHV and it's even more complicated when it comes to vSphere

      There's an issue on GitHub about specifying LUKS keys that we can implement and then suggest users to use when migrating VMs with TPM

      For vSphere, we need to create a plan with a VM with TPM and then:

      1. See that there's a warning saying: "The VM is configured with a TPM device. TPM data is not transferred during the migration." for the VM.
      2. The VM that is created in OpenShift Virtualization should be set with a TPM device.
