As of today, nobody really exactly knows what is included in the new IIB build. Once all people adhere to commit message template, then we can extract fixed Jira issues and automatically add the IIB to Jira ticket which was fixed in the build. 

This requires 3 steps:

• Extract Jira IDs from commit messages
• Create a new Jira field "Fixed In Build" or similar
• Create a new task for the automation pipeline that will set the Fixed In Build for every Jira found in the commits included in the build

This will in turn simplify life of everybody in the team and streamline our processes.
