Goal

Today MTV get the transfer network default route only using the NADs `forklift.konveyor.io/route` annotation.

After this epic in case the explicit default route is not set via the annotaion, MTV will try to fetch the default gateway via the NADs configuration.

User Stories

• As a migration admin,
  I want to set the default gateway. once in the NADs configuration,
  so that I will not need to manage 2 source of truth when setting the gatewy.
• As a migration admin, I forgot to set the `forklift.konveyor.io/route` annotation, but I did set the gateway in the NAD config.

Non-Requirements

• Adress bad NAD config strings,
• address special settings where we want to route data via a secondary gateway that was not defined in the NAD as default gateway.
