      Mouse doesn't work smoothly in rhel7 client after migration on MTV

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTV 2.8.0 and OCP 4.17.22

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Migrate a rhel7 guest from VMware on MTV
2.Power on the guest after migration, found mouse doesn't work smoothly in the guest

      Actual results:

      As above description

      Expected results:

      Fix the bug

      Additional info:

      Can't reproduce the bug on rhel9.6
