VDDK init image archive upload fails - "The VDDK image is empty" error prevents provider creation

      Description of problem:

      When attempting to create a new provider with VDDK init image archive, the upload fails with the following error:
The VDDK image is empty. It is strongly recommended to provide an image using the following format: <registry_route_or_server_path>/vddk:<tag>

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       OCP version: 4.19.17
MTV version: 2.10.0 (redhat-osbs-on-pr-c4ac074934e8c82e604e3eebaee503155609e0e7)
CNV version: 4.19.13

      How reproducible:

      Always / N%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Providers- Create provider
2. Fill in provider details (vCenter/ESXi)
3. In "VDDK init image archive" section, browse and select VDDK archive file: VMware-vix-disklib-8.0.0-20521017.x86_64.tar.gz 
4. Click "Upload" button
5. Observe the error message appears
6. "Create provider" button remains disabled

      Actual results:

      Error message displays and provider creation is blocked

      Expected results:

      VDDK archive should upload successfully and allow provider creation to proceed

      VMware-vix-disklib-8.0.0-20521017.x86_64.tar.gz
