Description of problem:
When attempting to create a new provider with VDDK init image archive, the upload fails with the following error: The VDDK image is empty. It is strongly recommended to provide an image using the following format: <registry_route_or_server_path>/vddk:<tag>

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Providers- Create provider 2. Fill in provider details (vCenter/ESXi) 3. In "VDDK init image archive" section, browse and select VDDK archive file: VMware-vix-disklib-8.0.0-20521017.x86_64.tar.gz 4. Click "Upload" button 5. Observe the error message appears 6. "Create provider" button remains disabled
Actual results:
Error message displays and provider creation is blocked
Expected results:
VDDK archive should upload successfully and allow provider creation to proceed
