Description of problem:

Create a ova provider, the provider status changed to "ConnectionFailded" status with error messages, after around 20 seconds the error message changed, the status is still "ConnectionFailded", another 20 seconds later the provider status changed to "Ready".

The error messages before the status changed to "Ready" confused user. We'd better don't show the error message. E.g. After attempt for ** times/a period, then we show this error message.

1) Create a ova provider as below, hit the ConnectionTestFailed message:

2) After around 15 seconds, the error message changed as below:

3) After around 20 seconds later, the Provider status changed to "Ready", attached the forklift controller pod log: forklift-controller-96bff7487-bqcnn-main.log

Actual results:

In step1,2: Hit the error message on web console

In step1,2: Don't show the error message
