During the Perf cycle for MTV 2.10 regression, running on version 2.10.0-21, warm migrations become stuck during the cutover phase.

Environment details:

• Total VMs: 200

• Disks per VM: 2 (each 50 GB)

• Cluster layout: 8 ESXi hosts, 25 VMs per host (5 VMs per ESXi in this run)

Some VMs are stuck in a paused state with the following message:

“DV is still in phase: Paused.”
