Summary

Add validation to migration plans that shows a warning condition when SSH is not properly configured for the xcopy volume populator method.

Current Behavior

Users only discover SSH setup issues when migration starts and fails.

New Behavior

Migration plan status shows SSHReadiness condition when:

• Plan uses VSphere xcopy volume populator
• Provider has ESXiCloneMethod: ssh setting
• SSH keys not installed or connectivity fails

Implementation

• Add validateSSHReadiness() in plan controller
• Propagate provider SSH readiness conditions to plan
• Show clear error messages with setup instructions
