      Improved `DiskTransfer` warm migration progress Indicator::

      Before this update, the warm migration progress indicator for `DiskTransfer` remained unchecked due to incomplete progress evaluation. As a consequence, users saw incomplete migration progress for the `DiskTransfer` step. With this release, the `DiskTransfer` progress indicator shows a checkmark when all tasks are completed, improving migration visibility.

      Description of problem:

      When you warm migrate a VM and review the "Migration progress" each completed step gets a checkmark, when we pass the "DiskTransfer" step it still shows a circle like the task didn't complete.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Warm migrate a VM using copy offload 
2. Once migration plan starts execution, review "Migration progress" after a while the checkmarks start showing up, in the attached screenshot we can see we passed the "CutOver" phase meaning "DiskTransfer" has completed yet it still shows a circle instead of a checkmark

      Actual results:

      DiskTransfer shows a circle icon.

      Expected results:

      DiskTransfer should show a checkmark as this task completed.
