It seems that node b02-h37-ntap-a300-02 (node 2) has an interface failure on both ports ( cluster )  connectivity ports e0a and e0b (SFP modules).
 Kambitz performed a simple test by connecting a cable to the same ports on the same node, but no link came up meaning both ports have failed.
 They will attempt to reconfigure the cluster connectivity to use ports e0c and e0d instead (RJ45). This setup will be slower compared to the SFP modules, but it will at least restore service.
 A hardware replacement will be raised by Tegodata if needed !!
