[UI] OCP -> OCP plan mappings won't auto populate during plan creation

       Plan mappings won't populate during plan creation for host to host plans.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have at least 1 VM on the cluster
2. Go to plan creation wizard
3. Select Host as source and target
4. Select VM and 
5. Navigate to Network map step, select new map
6. Navigate to Storage map step, select new map

      Actual results:

      - "used by the selected VMs" section of both network and storage tabs picklists are empty
- no item is selected by default.

      Expected results:

      - "used by the selected VMs" section of both network and storage tabs picklists contain values.
- A source mapping is selected by default.
- Replicate behavior of vSphere provider plan creation
