[UI] Plan Mappings page shows "standard" storage class even when it doesn't exist

      Description of problem:

      Plan Details > Mappings page always displays "standard" in the target storage class dropdown, even when it doesn't exist on the cluster. Users can select and save it, causing migration failures.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use cluster without "standard" storage class (e.g., only "standard-csi")
2. Create Plan, go to Plan Details > Mappings > Edit
3. Open target storage class dropdown
4. Select "standard" and save

      Actual results:

      "standard" appears in dropdown, saves successfully, migration fails at runtime

      Expected results:

      Only existing storage classes should appear in dropdown, or show validation error
