Description of problem:

Update the networkmap in UI: "Network maps -> Details: Map" part and click the "Update mappings" button, the update is not take affect.

Tested on MTV2.10.0-16 (IIB: on-pr-7dddf4648448f46ce25774c03529cf5a33ad9f2c) with CNV 4.20.0

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a migration plan with networkmap, map the Mgmt Network to Default network, map the VM Network to mtv-test/mybridge network

2) Edit the "Mgmt Network" map to "mtv-test/mybridge1 network" and click the "Update mappings" button

3) Check the networkmap yaml file, the Mgmt Network is still mapping to Pod network, the update in step2 is not take affect.

4) Check the Network maps -> Details: Map field,  the update in step2 is not take affect.

Actual results:

In step2: The update for NetworkMap is not take affect

Expected results:

In step2: The update for NetworkMap is take affect
