Goal

Today we need to manually check if the latest released bundle to stage is good and functional otherwise we risk that the build produced by the IIB Automation will fail.

After this epic there will be a new step added to the IIB Automation that will ensure that the latest released stage bundle, contains the correct component reference that were also released to stage registries.

User Stories

• As a releng, I want to enable the IIB Automation periodically. In order to do that, we need to implement a new step that will check the correctness of a latest stage bundle so we do not create IIBs with invalid bundles.
