Working with customer on PoC for OVE and MTV.  CBT was enabled on VM and we successfully completed a warm migration over to OCP.  They wanted to increase the disk size and see if it made a difference in the migration time so we shutdown the VM on OCP, deleted it, restarted the VM on VMware, and increased the disk size.  The customer asked the question, what if a snapshot already exists?  So we said go ahead and create one.  He created a snapshot in vCenter of the VM and then a new migration plan in OCP, but MTV indicated that CBT needed to be enabled to support the warm migration.  To detect that CBT was enabled, he had to remove the snapshot.  Once the snapshot was removed, we successfully completed the warm migration.
