[UI] Plan creation with Pre and Post hook fails with 'IsDarkTheme'

      Description of problem:

      While creating a Plan for migration for vCenter 7.0.3 and selecting Pre-hook or Post-hook redirect page and fail

      OCP version: 4.19.14
MTV version: 2.9.5 (redhat-osbs-on-pr-322448c93a21571302f64405738f178e7e3aec13)
CNV version: 4.19.10

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create new a Provider for vCenter 7.0.3
2. Create Plan in the new wizard 
3. Select Pre-hook or Post-hook

      Actual results:

      Error and redirect

      Expected results:

      Continue with plan creation
