[UI] Storage Map page source picklist will not populate

      Description of problem:

      Given I have a migration plan created with a OVA provider as source. When I edit the storage map from  Storage Map edit page, if I remove one of the mapping and try to re-add it, then, the source picklist will be empty

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Given I have a migration plan created with a OVA provider as source
2. When I edit the storage map from  Storage Map edit page.
3. I remove one of the mappings
4. I try to re-add it

      Actual results:

       The source picklist is empty

      Expected results:

       The source picklist should be populate, behaving the same way as on the Plan Details page mapping tab and the Plan wizard, storage step.
