[UI] Need to update the message for static ip with default network

      Description of problem:

      Create warm/cold migration plan to migrate VM from vCenter to OCP cluster, map the VM network to UDN primary network, when select "Preserve static IPs", you'll get the message as below which is for "Pod network", we need to update the message when MTV-2857 is support, as for UDN user can use static ip.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1) Create the UDN primary network

      2) Create warm/cold migration plan to migrate VM from vCenter to OCP cluster, map the VM network to UDN primary network, when select "Preserve static IPs", you'll get the message as below which is for "Pod network", we need to update the message, as user can preserve static ip for udn primary network.

      3) The message in the Plan details page is also need update.

      Expected results:

      In step2,3: Update the message
