      Migration plan is unready for the VM with RWO accessMode

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM with RWO accessMode
2. Create a Plan in MTV to migrate the VM to another cluster
3. Check the Plan

      Actual results:

      got warning in the migration plan "The plan is not ready

VM is incompatible with the selected migration type. To troubleshoot, check the Forklift controller pod logs.
"

      Expected results:

      Storage live migration does not require RWX because the storage is copied.
