Description of problem:

Change the Migration type from warm to cold in UI, the plan yaml file is changed correctly,

but it's not updated in UI.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a warm migrate plan: warm-rhel9-luks-only to migrate VM: mtv-func-rhel9-luks from VCenter7 to OCP cluster mtv-test project

2) clone the plan to cold-rhel9-luks

3) In the Plan details page, Edit the Migration type: warm to cold migration, click Save button

4) The migration type is still warm in UI, the plan yaml file is correct:  

$ oc get plan cold-rhel9-luks -o yaml|grep vm -A 6

Actual results:

In step4: The Migration type is still Warm in UI, but it's changed to false

Expected results:

In step4: The Migration type is change to false in UI
