[Konflux] Investigate the issue with weekend stage releases

      For our stage ECP, we have enabled the releases during the weekends (defaults inherited from general konflux stage ECP), but for reasons unknown to me, we still can't release to stage during the weekends.

      Investigate our configuration if it is broken on our side, or if the culprit here is some quirk on konflux side.
