Assuring XCOPY by labelling PVC with a the datastore volume details

      Original request by the PowerStore team to add information on the PVC so the CSI can provision a volume on a specific appliance (PowerStore terminology) to assure XCOPY will work. Essentially this is affinity of the volumes, to make sure the target volume and the VMFS volume are on the same disks.

      This could be handy for other vendors and I would not want that to be a vendor specific label so we would try to name it in a neutral way.

      NetApp mentioned long ago that LUNs on the same volume(netapp terminology) should perform copy faster. 

      The PowerStore CSI team still needs implement handling that label. 

      Suggested name for the label:
