Goal

MTV right now can not migrate Network Bound Disk Encryption VMs, as to decrypt the disk, the VM needs to boot and get the decryption key from clevis server. This feature is already in virt-v2v, and we should allow migrating of these VMs and specify the `--key all:clevis` to the virt-v2v. This would require the clevis server to be accessible from the OpenShift itself to perform the migration.
