Retrieve the usage data in order to be added to telemetry pool

Background

In order to better understand the tool usage, status, growth and user behavior with it we shall include metrics to be collected by telemetry service.

Metrics translated to MTV:

• MTV has been installed XXX times in the last week/month/year
• # of VM migrations executed by MTV in the last week/month/year
• % of successful migrations by MTV in the last week/month/year
• List of customers that have installed MTV in the last week/month/year

User Stories

As a product owner, I want to collect usage metrics to Telemetry, in order to understand how customers use the product and focus on painful areas.

Implementation Notes

In order to provide the data to Telemetry it has to be added to CRs.
