Description of problem:

Failed to warm migrate VM from vCenter, hit error below in cutover phase:

"error cheking task status: The object 'vim.vm.Snapshot:snapshot-2035' has already been deleted or has not been completely created"

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create vCenter7 provider: v7-us in openshift-mtv project

2) Create a warm migration plan: warm-rhel9 in openshift-mtv project to migrate VM: mtv-feature-rhel9 from vCenter7 to OCP 4.20 cluster, target ns: mtv-test, map the VM network to  mtv-test/mybridge network, preserve static ip: on, others use default settings

3) Set cutover when the plan is "Paused" status

4) The Cutover failed with error: "error cheking task status: The object 'vim.vm.Snapshot:snapshot-2035' has already been deleted or has not been completely created", the forklift controller pod log: forklift-controller-78f67db69-rfqc2-main.log
