[UI] Import from Google Drive URL

The underlying feature (part of the parent task MTV-3004) introduces a new workflow in the web console that allows administrators to provide a publicly accessible Google Drive link to a disk image file (e.g., qcow2, vmdk, or similar format). The Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) then consumes this image directly into the target container host environment.

      Technical Writer Scope

The primary objective is to capture the specific procedural steps and prerequisites related to using Google Drive. Key areas include:

      1. New Import Workflow: Update the Import VM/Disk Image procedural guide with screenshots and steps for selecting the Google Drive URL option.
      1. Prerequisites: Document the specific formatting or sharing settings required for the Google Drive link to be successfully accessed by the MTV component (e.g., must be a publicly shared or "Anyone with the link" file).
      1. UI Alignment: Ensure the documentation accurately reflects the new input field and any validation or help text associated with the Google Drive URL.

      JTBD Statement:

"When I have a Virtual Machine disk image file stored in a public cloud service like Google Drive, I want to provide the direct URL to the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization so that I can import the disk directly into the target environment without needing to download, stage, or upload the file manually, thereby saving significant time and reducing complexity in my migration workflow."

      Documentation Task

The documentation task (MTV-3377) supports this job by addressing the primary sub-job:

"When I use the Google Drive import feature, I need clear documentation on the file sharing and URL format prerequisites so that I can ensure the link is accessible and consumable by MTV and avoid troubleshooting failed data transfer attempts."
