The customer requires to upload a OVA image to MTV by using the web browser.

The workflow is as follows

1. Download OVA from an internal source to the local/client machine
2. Navigate to the MTV UI
3. Use an OVA upload form to point to the local OVA image, hit upload to take it into MTV
4. Perform an OVA migration as usual

Note: Earlier it was assumed that the import should happen via URL as described in MTV-2015.
