Goal

Today we use OLMv0 which prohibits some functionality by design, for example: version pinning of an operator. This is a result of OLMv0 architecture and is not a subject to change.

After this epic we will have migrated MTV operator to OLMv1 which implements several enhancements one of which is for example the a fore mentioned version pinning.
