Can't create migration plan, failed to create storage map

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create the vCenter7 provider: v7-us

2) Failed to create a migration plan:

Plan name: mtv-test, Project: openshift-mtv, source provider: v7-us,

target provider: host, target project: mtv-test, select 2 VMs, 

Use new network map: VM network -> default/mybridge

                                          Mgmt network -> default/mybridge1

Click "Create storage map", hit the error below

Actual results:

In step2: Failed to create a migration plan, hit "isStorageMapEmpty is not defined"

Expected results:

In step2: Create migration plan successfully
