[MTV] Migration status color fades and becomes white after some navigation

      Description of problem:

      The status (migration status) field of migration plan becomes white with letters and background both makes it difficult to read the status.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTV 2.9.3

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to OCP portal. 
2. Navigate around the migration plans and some tabs/sub-tabs. 
3. Move around in Virtualization tabs and sub-tabs like VM details. 
4. Now navigate back to Migration plans, it will show faded status (in white).

      Actual results:

      Migration status becomes unreadable

      Expected results:

      Migration status should be readable.

      Additional info:

      Refreshing page restores the status (black background color) but above steps again shows same behavior.
