1) Choose an existing plan project with existed providers. Try selecting that 
same existing project in the "target project" field => the project 
doesn't exist.        

This used to work before so it's a regression. See screencast

2. The msg is wrong in that case: "There are no projects in provider host.
Create a project or select a different target provider"

since projects are not included in a provider. The other way around is 
correct since providers are related to a specific project.
