Currently the storage type n MTV UI tests is not configured dynamically.
to allow running Tier0/Tier1 Jenkins jobs, that would run the UI tests for both RHV & VMware providers, as well as for both storage types, the missing part is setting the storage type dynamically.

Please change the code to have storage type set dynamically with an external parameter.
