Description of problem:
When creating a plan with a RHV provider, the "Storages used by the selected VMs" section of Source storage picklist will not contain values. All storage will show under "Other storages present on the source provider"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a plan with a rhv source provider 2.in storage, storage map steps, select "use new map" option 3. click "add mapping"
Actual results:
the "Storages used by the selected VMs" section of Source storage picklist will not contain values. All storage will show under "Other storages present on the source provider"
Expected results:
Picklist is populated correctly.
