Interfaces' mac addresses are changed after migrating with preserved static ip: on

Tested on MTV 2.9.0 GA build + quay.io/redhat-user-workloads/rh-mtv-btrfs-tenant/forklift-operator-virt-v2v-btrfs-comp:on-pr-a873e7caa28cae5b817bf2d1a5ffc79341ead2a5 
on OCP 4.19.5 with CNV 4.19.2

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Warm migrate VM: mtv-func-suse12sp5 from vCenter 7 to OCP cluster with preserve static ip:on, the interfaces and ip addresses are as below before migration:

2) Plan executed successfully, check in VM after migratioin, the eth0's mac address change to original eth1's mac address (from "00:50:56:be:dc:10" to "00:50:56:be:21:f0")

Actual results: 

In step2: The VM's interface mac address changed after migration

In step2: The VM's interface mac address without change after migration
