virt-v2v for Windows VM creates folder with Everyone access

      Description of problem:

      When doing a migration of a windows VM, the folder specifically generated
      C:\Program Files\Guestfs\Firstboot\Temp has wide open permissions of:
      
      Everyone access_allowed
      
      Also, inside of the Temp directory is a running service blnsvr.exe that cannot be removed.
      
      There is a customer need to know how/if we can slim down the permissions of the virt-v2v generated folder either during migration (longer term) or manually after the fact.
