[MTV 2.8] Installing drivers on firstboot sometimes fail with PnP service not available

      We need to consume the virt-v2v-2.7.1-10.el9_6 on the MTV 2.8. This build fixes RHEL-103421. This issue caused the virtio drivers not to be installed in some cases with an error.
