[Doc] Warm storage offload copy
MTV has a new feature called storage offload copy. This new feature allows for the transfer of disks within the storage array for faster copy speeds, as it does not need to go over the network. But right now, the feature allows only cold migration, so the source VM needs to be turned off.
We should add a snapshot to the running VM and allow the copy via storage offload. After the storage offload copy finishes, we should power off the VM and copy the delta changes from the snapshot.
