The migration status should accurately reflect the actual progress of the migration

      Description of problem:

      The current migration progress number is calculated on the frontend based on estimated progress. However, it should come from the backend to accurately reflect the actual migration status. The calculation should be handled server-side.

      1. Install MTV
2. Navigate to "Migration plans"
3. View the plans that are in progress

      Actual results:

      It is 20% right now based on

      The migration status column should display the accurate progress number.
