OCP 4.18, MTV 2.9.0 on create storage map windows, the "offload options" under each mapping is now missing. 

See attached print screen of two OCP 4.18 deployments, on the left is the latest dev 2.9.0 code, notice under the "eco-iscsi-ds3"  to "rhosqe-ontap-san-block" it just shows "Add mapping" when it should instead show what's see on the right which is a previous build, it's a new storage map I didn't even select the source/targets yet and it already shows the "offload options (optional)"
