Goal - Prepare Installing_and_using_the_MTV  for DITA migration. 

Criteria - 

• Apply Jhradilek's asciidoctor-dita-vale set of tests to validate the AsciiDoc content and identify markup that does not have a direct equivalent in DITA 1.3

• Check modularization requirements. See,  Modular documentation reference guide and with the latest modular templates as per https://github.com/redhat-documentation/modular-docs/tree/master/modular-docs-manual/files.
